About

TLC, short for Theater Leadership for Change, is an entirely student-led organization. Created by a few teens attending Chatham High School in NJ, our mission is to produce a professional show, connect it to a non-profit (majority of the ticket funds will go there!), and offer amazing leadership positions to students.

There is so much that goes on behind the scenes. From getting rights to managing the production, students don't have the opportunity to face these challenges head-on and get real-life experiences. We hope to offer mentorship and a community that encourages one another to grow, while making a difference in the world. Any and all support is greatly appreciated!
